Builder introduction terms
Coalesce Local Ltd operates Yorkshire Loft Conversion. You buy an introduction, with one clearly displayed fee and no ongoing commission. We are not VAT registered; no VAT is added.
One active introduction
We release the homeowner’s details after confirmed payment and give them your business name and contact details. Contact them by the deadline you choose at checkout. They may have approached other builders independently.
Homeowner choice
We check in the next day. The homeowner can request another builder at any point. We notify you and close your introduction before re-offering it; do not approach them again after closure. Silence never automatically triggers another sale.
Know what you are buying
A project brief reflects the homeowner’s answers. Their budget is not a quote or guaranteed contract value. Establish feasibility, approvals, exact scope, your insurance and qualifications before accepting work. You agree the contract and price directly with them. No booking, survey or project award is guaranteed.
Use of contact details
Use the details only to discuss this requested project. Do not resell them or add the homeowner to unrelated marketing lists. Your business details and ability to carry out the work are declarations; email verification does not mean we have inspected your insurance or qualifications.
Problems and refunds
Report invalid contact details, duplicates or material scope errors by replying to your receipt. We review these for a refund or credit. A lost quote or a homeowner changing their mind does not itself make a valid introduction refundable.
