2. We check availability
We review your brief, ask any follow-up questions and check builder availability. An enquiry does not guarantee a quote, site visit or introduction.
3. You agree to an introduction
We will tell you which business is proposed and ask for your agreement before sharing your contact details. Submitting the form does not sign you up for unrelated marketing or automatically send your information to a list of builders.
4. You choose whether to proceed
The builder discusses the work with you and provides its own advice and quote. You decide whether to appoint it. Surveys, designs, construction payments, warranties and the building contract are agreed directly with the business.
