Our role
We help you describe a project and explore an introduction. We may be unable to identify a suitable business. We do not provide property-specific design, structural, legal or planning advice. General guidance cannot replace assessment of your home.
Your choice of builder
You decide whether to appoint a business and agree its own contract, price and responsibilities directly. Check its identity, experience, insurance and terms. An introduction does not guarantee workmanship, accreditation or availability. A building business may pay us for an agreed introduction; you do not pay us for this service.
Your enquiry
Provide accurate information and enquire only about a property you own or have permission to discuss. We ask before sharing your contact details with a proposed builder. Please tell us if the project changes or you want to withdraw.
Questions and complaints
Email hello@yorkshirelawnandgarden.co.uk, including your enquiry reference if you have one. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory rights. English law applies; consumers retain rights to bring proceedings in their applicable UK jurisdiction.
